I do not accept returns due to hygiene and safety concerns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me immediately. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns cannot be accepted on jewellery or hair accessory items, as they are worn directly on the skin/hair. This policy applies to custom-designed pieces, personalized items, and all other jewellery and hair accessories.
